Why volunteer with us?
The Motor Museum of WA is the second largest motor museum in Australia, showcasing hundreds of pieces of motoring memorabilia, from the smallest model car to the grandest of (Grand Prix!) motor vehicles and motorcycles all housed in a purpose-built facility run by motoring enthusiast volunteers.
The museum is a voluntary organisation managed by a Board of Trustees and is closely associated with the Council of Motoring Clubs of WA. If dusting the duco and sharing your love of all things on two- and four-wheels sounds like you, then get in touch about volunteering at this impressive operating museum.
What kind of roles are available?
The Motor Museum is always on the lookout for fantastic customer service officers!
With a growing collection of owned automobiles, they are also keen to talk to anyone who has a motoring related skill or interest in cataloguing and researching donated, loaned and owned objects.
How do I apply?
There are two ways to get in touch with the Motor Museum to discuss volunteering opportunities:
- Contact Whiteman Park’s Volunteer Coordinator on 9209 6000 or complete the Volunteer Registration Form and we’ll pass on your details to the Motor Museum manager.
- Visit the Motor Museum at Whiteman Park to have a chat with some of the volunteers on duty, who can steer you in the direction of the best person to talk to that day.
