Mussel Pool provides an idyllic setting for an outdoor wedding and we would love the chance to show you our natural wedding areas – the Wedding Island* and Melaleuca Boardwalk.
Wedding ceremonies can be booked from 10.00am to 4.00pm daily from January through to November.

The waterway of Mussel Pool, that surrounds the Wedding Island, is currently undergoing long-term wetland restoration.
This means that we are currently planting a lot of rushes and trees along the banks and outskirts of the wetland.
These new plantings need to be protected, so will have wire baskets over them for 1-2 years while they establish. The Wedding Island is not available for booking while these plantings take place.
